Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM/Engineering/Business/Accounting or related field.
• 0–3 years of construction project coordination or cost tracking experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and general computer skills; Procore experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring project schedules, cost forecasts, and budget tracking.
• Support preparation and maintenance of project schedules, cost reports, and status reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients for reporting requirements.
• Assist with cost tracking, data collection, field progress updates, and productivity reporting.
• Ensure documentation and reports are accurate and submitted timely.
• Support progress tracking, invoicing verification, and documentation related to progress payments.
