Job summary

Cotton Holdings, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support and coordinate projects. You’ll work with project managers, operations teams, and clients to ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires knowledge of commercial reconstruction and familiarity with Xactimate and restoration processes. Travel and driving are required; IICRC/OSHA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Commercial reconstruction project knowledge – REQUIRED
• Familiarity with Xactimate and the restoration process
• IICRC Certification (Preferred)
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (Preferred)
• Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and coordinating projects, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and clients to oversee administration and documentation.
• Adhere to safety policies, facilitate Site Safety Plans, and conduct toolbox meetings as needed.
• Pull permits, initiate paperwork, and maintain accurate project records.
• Source and manage subcontractors and vendors to meet project needs while maintaining service standards.
• Provide onsite leadership to field supervisors and labor teams, ensuring professional client interactions.
