Qualifications

• Must have experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role in facade restoration, waterproofing, roofing, concrete restoration, interiors, or related construction.
• Strong organizational discipline with RFIs, submittals, permits, purchase tracking, and closeout documentation.
• Able to read drawings and specifications, manage multiple priorities, and keep project information accurate and actionable.

Responsibilities

• Support handoff from estimating, review scope and contract requirements, set up logs and files, and help align startup tasks around schedule, procurement, billing, and field needs.
• Maintain RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, permits, notices, daily logs, drawing distributions, and correspondence so the project record stays current and defensible.
• Assist with committed-cost tracking, invoice coding, labor and production visibility, forecast support, and monthly reporting so the Project Manager has timely job-cost information.
• Prepare backup for requisitions, track pending and approved change orders, organize pricing support, and help keep billing, WIP, and collections documentation moving.
