Job summary

BL Harbert International is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager on Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base construction projects in Kings Bay, GA. The role focuses on planning, coordination of design documents, and ensuring safety, scheduling and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in construction management with a bachelor’s degree in a related field and must be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in construction management, buildings and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Distribute, track and maintain plans and specs.
• Generate weekly subcontractor coordination meeting minutes.
• Organize and check subcontractor Pay Apps for content and accuracy.
• Coordinate subcontractor and BLHI material deliveries.
• Generate subcontractor and supplier change orders and update quantity reports weekly.
• Maintain and update the Submittal Register.
• Arrange and oversee project documentation and reporting.
• Support Project Manager to ensure safety, scheduling and budget targets.
