Job summary

The NRP Group seeks a motivated project coordinator to support construction initiatives from preconstruction through closeout. You will assist in charting objectives, developing plans, coordinating resources, and tracking budgets to keep projects on time and within cost.

In this role you will work with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers, preparing scopes of work, reviewing bids, and maintaining records across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in charting project objectives and plans, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants.
• Assist in bringing about optimum utilization of resources and ensuring cost-effective procurement.
• Assist in development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among participants.
• Assist in preparing scopes of work and soliciting bids for the project.
• Assist in generating and reviewing project budget in preconstruction and maintaining cost controls.
• Assist in coordinating buyout, reviewing bids, and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in maintaining budget, monitoring changes, and reporting impacts to project cost and schedule.
• Assist in documenting change orders, warranties, and closeout deliverables; coordinate with field and office teams.
• Assist in meetings with design team, owner, and inspectors; draft meeting minutes and track actions.
