Element2 Group in Greater Boston is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction and interior renovation projects across Boston, Cambridge, and surrounding MetroWest. You will work with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and clients to coordinate documentation and daily administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as AP Manager, PM, or Project Engineer in commercial construction.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and preconstruction support including bid documentation.
• Coordinate project documentation with subcontractors and field teams.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and COIs.
• Maintain project logs and drawings using Fieldwire/PC systems.
• Prepare closeout packages with warranties and manuals.
