Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee the construction and delivery of small projects with a focus on Commercial Division 10 Specialties and Division 12 Window Treatments.

The role supports a Project Manager on larger projects, handling contracts, on-site coordination and quality control. You will read blueprints, review contracts, manage labor and materials, and assist in submittals, takeoffs, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist a Project Manager on jobs over one million dollars.
• Responsible for contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control and contract management.
• Read blue prints and interpret specifications.
• Assist in contract review and keep the project on target.
• Manage labor and material coordination and tracking.
• Assist in submitting RFI’s and interpreting changes to drawings.
• Help develop submittal packages per contract specifications.
• Assist in complete accurate takeoffs and establish budgets.
• Monitor and maintain the project schedule to meet deadlines.
• Support day-to-day field needs to maximize production.
