Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Division 1012 Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of Division 10 bathroom partitions & grab rails, and Division 12 roller shade blinds projects within the construction industry.

The role requires analyzing blueprints, coordinating resources, managing submittals, and maintaining schedules while ensuring design intent and customer satisfaction. This position offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the trade (2-3 years) is required.
• Detail oriented with an accounting mindset.
• Strong cost awareness and budgeting.
• Excellent organization and multitasking ability.
• Proficient with computers and basic construction software.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly analyze and interpret architectural blueprints and specifications related to Division 1012 specialties.
• Ensure accurate understanding of project requirements and compliance with design intent.
• Facilitate the timely preparation and submission of submittals for specialty products.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure high quality materials in accordance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with the estimating team to establish budgets for specialty projects.
• Monitor project expenses and costs ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Work closely with superintendents to determine project staffing requirements.
• Coordinate the allocation of resources and workforce to efficiently execute specialty projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring timely delivery and completion of specialty work.
• Coordinate with customers subcontractors and internal teams to optimize project timelines.
• Regularly engage with customers to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Conduct professional presentations to communicate project progress milestones and achievements.
• Foster positive customer relationships through occasional entertainment events such as dinners or outings to enhance customer satisfaction.
