A well-established construction organization is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of multiple active projects. This position works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, accounting personnel, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and ownership teams to keep project documentation, schedules, costs, and closeout requirements organized and moving forward.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, communicating across project teams, and developing the hands-on experience needed to advance into a Project Manager position.
The Assistant Project Manager will provide project coordination and administrative support across multiple construction projects. The position will help maintain project documentation, manage submittals and RFIs, track change orders, support subcontractor billing, assist field personnel, and coordinate project closeout activities.
Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, deadline management, and the ability to move between competing project priorities throughout the day.
