Job summary

Full Tilt Electrical is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in delivering commercial electrical projects from award through closeout, with potential to grow into a full PM role.

You will assist with planning, scheduling, coordination, submittals, RFIs, procurement support, and stakeholder coordination with field teams, vendors, and general contractors. This role values organization and proactive communication and a drive to take on increasing responsibility.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial electrical construction or project management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, document control, and project tracking logs.
• Support material procurement, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with field leadership, vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors.
• Participate in project meetings and provide timely follow-up on action items.
• Assist with project reporting, billing support, and closeout documentation.
• Help identify potential project issues and work with the team to resolve them.

What You'll Do
