Job summary

MPI in New York City is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support day-to-day construction management on luxury residential interiors. You will coordinate with owners, architects, designers, and subcontractors, and help manage schedules, budgets, and documentation using Procore.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Experience working for a General Contractor in an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar construction management role.
  • Experience supporting high-end residential, interior renovation, or commercial interior fit-out projects is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Procore.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with owners, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Support project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover documentation.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
