Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for multifamily construction in Denver, supporting the Project Manager from preconstruction through closeout. You will assist with planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation, coordinating with field teams to monitor progress and quality, and maintaining timelines while communicating with clients.

Requirements include 2–5 years of construction experience, familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to grow within a tight-knit team.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager in delivering high-quality multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
