Job Summary:

KnowFully Learning Group is seeking an organized, detail-savvy Assistant Project Manager to support our team in developing and managing educational activities! In this role, you’ll work closely with a team of Project Managers to ensure activities launch on time and meet all educational grant requirements. This person will also collaborate with all of our teams to ensure projects moving smoothly from start to finish and team members understand their tasks and due dates. If you’re someone who enjoys planning, coordinating, keeping things on track, and are detail-oriented this a career for you.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Set up new projects and keep them updated daily in Asana (our project management tool)
  • Develop draft communications like faculty invitations and initial planning call agendas
  • Read grant proposals thoroughly to document all deliverables in each grant.
  • Prepare Kickoff Briefs and other key project documents
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to keep everyone aligned and projects on track
  • Actively participate in team huddles, offering ideas and updates to help refine how we manage projects
  • Communicate clearly with the project team and other stakeholders about timelines, progress, and changes
  • Embrace AI tools and explore ways to boost efficiency and enhance productivity using AI-assisted solutions

Other Responsibilities:

  • Join and contribute to company meetings
  • Jump in on special projects as needed
  • Pitch in with other related tasks to support the team
  • Lead activities as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Meeting deadlines and managing your time effectively
  • Staying calm under pressure and handling multiple tasks at once
  • Communicating clearly—whether it’s by email, in a meeting, or writing a document
  • Working with different types of people and building positive working relationships
  • Catching small details and proofreading your work
  • Think critically and solve problems independently
  • Stay organized and keep things running smoothly
  • Follow processes, maintain accurate records, and take responsibility for documentation and budgeting
  • Be self-motivated—someone who takes initiative and follows through without oversight
  • To adapt and stay curious about learning and using new technologies like AI

Working knowledge of:

  • Basic office software (Word, Excel, databases, etc.) and have a curiosity for new tools—especially AI platforms
  • General contract knowledge or a willingness to learn about how we manage vendor and business agreements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Pay Transparency Statement:
