Job summary

Westside DMH seeks an Assistant Program Manager to lead daily operations of its DMH programs for transition-aged youth and adults with serious mental health issues. You will supervise clinical staff and ensure quality services across field and office settings.

You will oversee program goals, contract budgets, and 24/7 on-call coverage, with a focus on coordination with the Senior Program Manager and community partners.

Qualifications

• LCSW or LMFT preferred with 2+ years of clinical experience working with adults.
• Own transportation and CA driver’s license required.
• Willingness to cover evenings and weekends.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day clinical operations and supervises staff to ensure quality services.
• Oversees program outcomes to meet contract budgets and revenue requirements.
• Holds signature authority for reports, timesheets, and evaluations.
• Participates in DMH, QA, and Continuum of Care committees and liaises with partners.
• Attends management and local service area meetings as assigned.
• Leads hiring and onboarding with the Senior Program Manager.
