Job summary

Genesee Lake School, a MyPath company, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Program Manager. You will supervise students, maintain ratios, cover shifts, and participate in on-call rotations while training new staff and handling behavior management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Demonstrated skills working with children/adolescents with developmental/behavioral disabilities.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Supervisory experience or training is a plus.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate supervision of students.
• Maintain the required ratio for coverage.
• Fill open shifts as needed.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation.
• Train new staff; communicate information.
• Work coverage shifts, providing direct support and behavior management to students.
• Complete other tasks and projects related to daily operations.
