Job summary

Genesee Lake School, a MyPath company, is seeking an Assistant Program Manager who can work 1st and 2nd shifts as well as weekends. You will assist the Program Manager to supervise students, maintain ratios, fill open shifts, and participate in the on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Demonstrated skills working with children/adolescents with developmental/behavioral disabilities.
• A minimum of one year of experience. Supervisory experience or training is a plus.
• A valid Wisconsin driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate supervision of students.
• Maintain the required ratio for coverage.
• Fill open shifts as needed.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Train new staff.
• Communicate information.
• Work coverage shifts, providing direct support and behavior management to our students.
• Complete other tasks and projects related to the daily operation of the program.
