Job summary

Genesee Lake School, a MyPath company, seeks an Assistant Program Manager to support the Program Manager in supervising students, maintaining staffing ratios, and covering shifts, weekends, and holidays. The role includes on‑call duties and training new staff, with a pathway toward employment ownership within MyPath.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year experience working with youth with developmental or behavioral disabilities, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and a valid Wisconsin

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with children/adolescents with developmental/behavioral disabilities.
• Minimum of one year of experience; supervisory experience or training a plus.
• A valid Wisconsin driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate supervision of students.
• Maintain the required ratio for coverage.
• Fill open shifts as needed.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation.
• Train new staff and communicate information.
• Work coverage shifts, providing direct support and behavior management to our students.
• Complete other tasks and projects related to the daily operation of the program.
