Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Demonstrated skills working with children and/or adolescents having developmental and behavioral disabilities with associated emotional, neurological, and intellectual disorders.
• A minimum of one year of experience.
• Supervisory experience or training is a plus.
• A valid Wisconsin driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate supervision of students.
• Maintain the required ratio for coverage.
• Fill open shifts as needed.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Train new staff.
• Communicate information.
• Work coverage shifts, providing direct support and behavior management to our students.
• Complete other tasks and projects related to the daily operation of the program.
