Job summary

Genesee Lake School, a MyPath company, seeks a compassionate Assistant Manager who can work 1st and 2nd shifts and weekends. Compensation is $24.25–$25.25/hr with a comprehensive benefits package.

You will assist the Program Manager by supervising students, maintaining ratios, filling shifts, joining on-call rotations, training new staff, and communicating essential information. This is part of MyPath’s employee-owned culture and service to youths with disabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Demonstrated skills working with children/adolescents with developmental/behavioral disabilities; minimum of one year.
• Supervisory experience or training is a plus.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate supervision of students.
• Maintain the required ratio for coverage.
• Fill open shifts as needed.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Train new staff.
• Communicate information.
• Work coverage shifts, providing direct support and behavior management to students.
• Complete other duties related to daily program operations.
