Job summary

Genesee Lake School, a MyPath Company, seeks an experienced Assistant Program Manager to supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate daily operations across residential, educational, and community settings.

Your role includes leading treatment implementation, collaborating with HR on staffing, and ensuring safety and therapeutic progress for students in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in social or behavioral science or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential or behavioral settings.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals in daily routines and care.
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure consistent student support coverage.
• Lead regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Assist with HR duties including interviewing, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Deliver student support across residential, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plans with treatment teams.
• Monitor student progress and communicate findings across settings.
• Attend treatment team meetings and support ITP/IEP planning.
