Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and five years’ ID/DD supervisory/management experience in a residential setting.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes independence and self-determination using person-centered practices.
• Oversees holistic healthcare, nutrition, wellness, and appointments coordination.
• Coordinates recreation and community activities to support participation and independence.
• Directs shift workflow and staff assignments; supervises DSPs and Shift Supervisors.
• Ensures health, safety, and regulatory compliance within time frames.
