Job summary

Qualifications

• MSW or MHC required; LMSW/LMHC preferred.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a social services setting.
• Minimum three years of post‑Master’s experience in social service, housing or emergency shelter.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience using a harm‑reduction model with residents.
• Experience documenting and reporting work with clients and staff using a database.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to the case management staff.
• Promote learning and professional development.
• Review and approve documentation to ensure high standards of care.
• Conduct internal chart reviews with the Program Director.
• Review dashboards and monthly reports with staff to track outcomes.
• Assist in hiring, training, and disciplinary processes with HR.
• Develop supervision plans and accountability systems for reporting.
