Qualifications

• Mastery of supervisory practice and program oversight for housing and supportive services.
• Experience supervising social workers, case managers, and case associates.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and agency practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides regular supervision to Social Worker, Case Manager, and Case Associates staff.
• Reviews assessments, service plans, progress notes, and discharge plans for quality/compliance.
• Coordinates staffing with Residence Managers; reviews timesheets and overtime.
• Facilitates high-risk and group supervisions and case conferences.
• Collaborates with other departments for program needs and regulatory compliance.
• Reviews staff trainings, conducts evaluations, and ensures safety of apartments.
• Writes and submits internal JBFCs reports related to apartment needs.
• Travels weekly to resident apartments within the five boroughs.
