Job summary

Paycom seeks an Assistant Program Director to lead residential program operations in Ukiah, CA. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with DDS regulations, and support program directors to deliver person-centered services that improve resident health, safety, independence, and quality of life.

The role emphasizes audit readiness, staff development, and strong teamwork with managers to maintain quality standards across homes and services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Counseling and at least 1 year direct social services experience or two years of college with 2 years admin/supervisory experience.
Minimum 1 year overseeing similar programs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily program operations to ensure quality services and regulatory compliance.
Monitor activities and address operational concerns promptly.
Conduct routine site visits to ensure homes meet agency standards.
Ensure services align with DDS regulations and licensing standards.
Provide supervision, coaching, and support to House Managers and Direct Support Professionals.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
Maintain required certifications and training records.
