Job summary

Paycom seeks a Program Director for Ukiah, CA, responsible for leadership, administration, and quality assurance of residential services. The role ensures health, safety, independence, and quality of life for residents while overseeing budgets, staffing, and regulatory compliance with DDS, Title 17, and Title 22.

The position supervises management and direct care staff, promotes person-centered practices, and maintains audit-ready documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Counseling or related field and at least one year direct experience OR two years college plus two years admin/supervisory experience.
• Experience overseeing similar programs preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of program operations in compliance with DDS, Title 17, Title 22, and licensing standards.
• Monitor service quality, resident outcomes, and regulatory compliance; ensure resident rights and safety.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations; ensure adequate staffing.
• Develop and monitor IPPs/IBSPs and healthcare plans; prepare accurate progress reports.
• Maintain program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Ensure risk management, incident reporting, and corrective action planning.
