KenCrest seeks an Assistant Program Manager to lead 2–3 residential homes for individuals with IDD. You will supervise staff, support health and safety, and manage property and vehicle maintenance.

This salaried role requires on-site leadership, with on-call duties and travel between homes. The position emphasizes mentoring staff, coordinating medical care, and ensuring individualized, dignified support aligned with Positive Approaches and Personal Outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with IDD individuals.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid must be obtained.
• Certification in Medication Administration is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager with oversight of two or more residential homes.
• Schedule and track medical appointments for individuals and complete required paperwork.
• Model and teach Positive Approaches and Personal Outcomes for individuals.
• Assist individuals with personal hygiene care and toileting as needed.
• Transport individuals to appointments, jobs, day programs and community activities.

Education

High school diploma or GED

IDD experience (2+ years)

Valid driver's license

CPR & First Aid certifications

Medication Administration certification
