• Data Management: create, organize and maintain confidential documents and records; verify accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying record-keeping efficiencies and assisting with audits.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and confidentiality in all record-keeping activities and regulatory compliance.
