Job summary

Community Services Group - CSG is seeking an Assistant Program Director to assist with the management of our Adult Mental Health Services Enhanced Community Residential Rehabilitation (ECRR) program. The APD reports to the Program Director and supports daily operations and quality assurance.

Starting wage is $50,500 depending on experience. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday daytime hours with flexibility to meet client and program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline; 2 years direct work with mental illness and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• At least 1 year supervision/management experience.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable vehicle to attend trainings/meetings/transport individuals.

Responsibilities

• Monitors program and employee compliance to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Supervises, trains, and oversees performance management of program employees; makes employment decisions.
• Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of employees.
• Develops educational materials and provides training to employees.
• Ensures development and implementation of individual program plans and activities.
• Reviews financial documentation/billing and conducts on-site audits of funds.
• Leads staff interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Directs daily operations including incident management; acts for Program Director when needed.
• Develops data collection methods and analyzes data to assess program goals.
• Provides coverage in emergency situations.
• Promotes trauma-informed care principles and DEI focus.
• Participates in QM activities related to the programs.
