Job summary

Thresholds is seeking an Assistant Program Director to lead the Crisis Response program, ensuring quality services and meeting regulatory standards. The APD will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with multiple program teams, while maintaining 24/7 coverage as needed.

The role involves direct service as a senior clinician, training staff, and ensuring documentation and compliance with CARF, Medicare, Medicaid, and other funding sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field preferred.
• Three (3) years of leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to synthesize and summarize information to make judgments regarding member care.
• Computer proficiency, including email and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Crisis Response program operations and day-to-day administration.
• Provide direct service as senior clinician or leader of the team.
• Supervise staff including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance appraisal.
• Monitor paperwork and ensure CARF/Medicare/Medicaid compliance and quality records.
• Manage program budget and safeguard financial processes.
• Coordinate with other Thresholds programs and communicate with leadership.
