Job summary

Thresholds is seeking a Team Leader, Mobile Crisis Response to supervise the Mobile Crisis Response team and oversee crisis assessment and referral services in the community. The role acts as senior clinician and reports to the Crisis Program Director, ensuring high quality, person‑centered crisis care.

The leader coordinates with community partners, ensures documentation accuracy, and maintains 24/7 coverage with a substitute pool.

Qualifications

• Must meet Office of Mental Health Rule 132 credential requirements for an MHP.
• Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or closely related field; CRSS.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or closely related field is preferred.
• Two (2) years clinical experience; Leadership experience preferred; Crisis assessment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mobile Crisis Response team and supervise crisis workers.
• Collaborate with community stakeholders and partners in crisis care.
• Field crisis line referrals and determine level of intervention.
• Model recovery‑oriented, person‑centered care.
• Ensure timely documentation and staff coaching on requirements.
• Monitor member data, calls, and insurance eligibility; report to leadership.
