Job summary

Comunilife Inc. in the Bronx, La Central, seeks an Assistant Program Director to oversee administrative and clinical supervision of the residential program.

You will manage case management, establish and maintain community linkages, and ensure compliance with regulations and quality indicators. You will act in the Program Director’s absence, lead weekly staff supervision, and participate in leadership decisions related to personnel, fiscal matters, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with five years’ experience, including two in supervision.
• Alternatively, a four-year degree with three+ years in related fields or a Master’s degree with two years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage program personnel in case management and support areas.
• Establish and maintain program delivery models.
• Develop and maintain linkages with other service agencies and community resources.
• Ensure that regulations and quality assurance indicators are achieved.
• Maintain client records confidentially and professionally.
• Serve as a member of the leadership team and contribute to program management.
• Develop and market program services and ensure quality and consistency.
• Oversee data reporting and progress toward contract requirements.
• Provide weekly supervision to social services staff and lead staff meetings.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and payroll collaboration.
• Facilitate counseling with residents and participate in trainings.
• Maintain quality improvement systems aligned with contract goals.
• Collaborate with Program Director on scheduling and staff coverage.
• Attend trainings to enhance service delivery to clients.
• Maintain relationships with community stakeholders and funders.
