Job summary

Comunilife Inc. in Manhattan is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor for its Gramercy Residential Program.

The Clinical Supervisor will supervise clinical services, manage case management activities, ensure monthly reporting accuracy, and coordinate audits while maintaining high professional standards. Reporting to the Program Director, the role requires leadership in supervision, collaboration with staff, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum New York State LMSW (LCSW preferred) in Social Work or LMHC with at least four years supervisory experience.
• Experience in counseling with HIV/AIDS affected populations and/or mental health and substance abuse clients.
• Preference for experience in Congregate Programs; bi-lingual, bi-cultural in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assign cases to case managers and schedule work according to priority.
• Oversee quality assurance of case management services and compliance with policies.
• Prepare regular and special reports; conduct program audits as required.
• Provide supervision and training to new and current case managers; coordinate with the Program Director.
