Job summary

You will supervise Case Managers, develop service delivery strategies, and coordinate with leadership to ensure high-quality services and effective onboarding and training of staff.

Qualifications

• MSW or MHC degree required; license within one year.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience in social services.
• Knowledge of mental health, substance use, and chronically homeless populations.
• Experience with OMH/DOHMH/HASA contracts and funded programs.
• Strong trauma-informed clinical engagement and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to harm-reduction and community-oriented services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to case management staff.
• Review dashboards and monthly reports with staff to track outcomes.
• Develop site-specific policies, tracking and reporting instruments, and strategies that support outcomes accountability.
• Collaborate with Program Director in facilitating Clinical and Staff Meetings.
• Hire and train new staff and manage progressive disciplinary processes.
• Ensure funder reporting, incident review and quality improvement processes.
