• At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• At least 3 years working with children and families.
• Massachusetts CANS certification required.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Trauma-informed care, substance use, and rural community needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to FRC staff, including scheduling.
• Conduct trauma-informed intake, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Facilitate evidence-based groups and provide staff training.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and reporting.
• Build relationships with families and community partners.
• Represent the FRC at events and cover Program Director as needed.

What You Will Do:

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to FRC staff, including scheduling and coverage

• Build collaborative relationships with families, team members, and community partners
• Represent the FRC at community events and step in for the Program Director as needed

Who You Are:

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required
• Licensure (LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC) required
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and families
• Massachusetts CANS Certification required
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable vehicle required
