Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc (BHN) in Western Massachusetts is seeking a clinical supervisor to lead program staff across Orange and Greenfield locations. You will oversee counselor caseloads, supervise groups, attend treatment team meetings, and ensure compliance with DPH BSAS regulations.

The role requires a Master's degree, LMHC or LICSW license, and several years in human services with supervisory experience. BHN emphasizes HEART values and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field is required.
  • Licensed LMHC or LICSW is required.
  • At least three years of experience in human services is required.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience is required.
  • Experience with substance use disorders and dual diagnoses is required.
  • Working knowledge of DPH BSAS regulations is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct and clinical supervision to program staff.
  • Assigns counselor caseloads and provides oversight of said caseloads.
  • Oversees group schedules and psycho-educational groups when necessary.
  • Attends and facilitates clinical staff meetings and weekly treatment team meetings.
  • Performs assessments and chart reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with DPH standards.
  • Oversees service coordination for individuals served.
  • Assists Program Director with employee evaluations.
  • Maintains individual and collective caseload management.
  • Maintains direct service productivity as established by the Program.
  • Monitors treatment plan, progress notes, and group notes completion.
  • Maintains clinical licensure and continuing education requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Maintains clinical licensure and continuing education requirements
Who You Are
  • Master’s Degree in related field (required).
  • Licensed (LMHC, LICSW) (required).
  • At least three years of experience in the Human Services field (required).
  • At least two years of supervisory experience (required).
  • Must have experience working with substance abuse and dual diagnoses.
  • Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations
PAY: $75,000 - $85,000
LOCATION: This position will be evenly split between Orange and Greenfield, MA.
