Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in human services or a related field.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to supervise and support direct care staff.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the oversight and operation of a Community Living Arrangement (CLA).
• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to Residential Specialists through coaching and staff development.
• Attend consumer medical appointments and assist with medication management oversight and documentation reviews.
• Monitor program operations, documentation, regulatory compliance, safety standards, and incident reporting.
• Support staffing, scheduling, on-call responsibilities, and communication with families and community partners.
