Job summary

Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to help oversee a Community Living Arrangement (CLA) and ensure quality supports and meaningful daily experiences for individuals served.

You will supervise Residential Specialists, provide coaching, and review medication management oversight and documentation. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year in human services, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in human services.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, reliable transportation.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Able to work independently with professionalism.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to supervise and support direct care staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist oversight and operation of a CLA.
• Supervise and mentor Residential Specialists.
• Attend medical appointments and support medication oversight.
• Monitor operations, documentation, safety, and compliance.
• Support staffing, scheduling, on-call duties, and family/community communication.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant residential environments.
