Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of experience in human services or a related field is required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance are required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and support direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and operate a Community Living Arrangement (CLA) ensuring quality supports.
• Supervise and mentor Residential Specialists through coaching and training.
• Attend consumer medical appointments and assist with medication oversight.
• Monitor program operations, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Support staffing, scheduling, on-call duties, and family/community communication.
