Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in human services or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to supervise and support direct care staff.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight and operation of a Community Living Arrangement (CLA) with quality supports.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to Residential Specialists through coaching and training.
• Attend consumer medical appointments and assist with medication management oversight and documentation.
• Monitor program operations, regulatory compliance, safety, and incident reporting requirements.
• Support staffing, scheduling, on-call responsibilities, and communication with families and partners.
