You will provide leadership, feedback and coaching to production teams, drive Lean initiatives, and partner with site leadership to develop talent, improve processes and meet production priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant management experience.
• Previous construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in manufactured housing is greatly desired.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, as well as basic math skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and can multi-task effectively.
• Ability to read and understand home building specifications greatly desired.
• Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a changing, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large teams and foster accountability as part of production operations.
• Ensure adherence to HUD building codes and safety rules.
• Direct departments to meet timelines and production priorities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and development for personnel.
• Improve production processes using Lean, 6S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
• Guide department leaders and handle other duties as assigned.
