Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to direct and evaluate the Production department. You will supervise staff, plan work, monitor quality, and ensure safety compliance while coordinating with other supervisors across the plant.

The role requires strong problem solving, judgment, and the ability to interpret specifications and schedules to meet production goals. Bachelor’s or equivalent education is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Four years of Manufacturing Experience.
• Two or more years of supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production activities to ensure products meet requirements.
• Determines production priorities based on schedules.
• Interprets specifications and assesses acceptability of in-process production.
• Implements safety programs to ensure worker safety.
• Assists in problem solving and directs routine equipment maintenance.
• Coordinates with other supervisors to align plant activities.
• Reports machine and equipment malfunctions and takes proper action.
• Inspects products for conformance to specifications.
