Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the Production department.
• Supervise production staff and plan workloads.
• Train individuals, appraise performance, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Interpret specifications and judge acceptability of in-process production.
• Maintain production schedules and coordinate with other supervisors.
• Identify and implement process improvements for methods, equipment, and product quality.
• Report malfunctions and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Resolve problems and maintain smooth production flow.
