Qualifications

• Four years of Manufacturing Experience.
• Two or more years of supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise production activities to meet requirements.
• Determine manufacturing priorities based on production schedules.
• Interpret specifications and judge acceptability of in-process production.
• Implement safety programs to ensure worker safety.
• Assure product quality.
• Direct routine equipment maintenance and setup.
• Coordinate activities with other supervisors to align plant operations.
• Report machine and equipment malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Follow production schedules and estimate work hour requirements for completion of jobs.
• Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Adjust work procedures to meet schedules.
• Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Analyze and resolve work problems or assist in solving work problems.
