Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the Production department to meet quality and schedule targets.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work; trains staff; evaluates performance; rewards and disciplines.
• Monitors safety programs and ensures compliance with safety regulations.
• Diagnoses and resolves production problems; suggests methods to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintains equipment setup and routine maintenance and communicates with other supervisors to coordinate plant activities.
