Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to lead the Production department, oversee training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and coaching staff to meet KPIs.

You will implement safety programs, assure product quality, resolve issues, and coordinate with supervisors to meet production goals while optimizing methods and equipment use. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least four years of manufacturing experience with two or more years of supervision.

• Monitors machine/setup and maintenance; reports malfunctions.
