Job summary

You will oversee production to meet specifications, set priorities, interpret requirements, ensure product quality, coordinate maintenance, handle disputes, and drive continuous improvement across methods, equipment, and processes.

Qualifications

• Must have supervision experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience coordinating production activities and scheduling work.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coordination and evaluation of the Production department.
• Train staff, plan, assign and direct work, and appraise performance.
• Enforce safety programs and assure product quality.
• Interpret specifications and judge acceptability of in-process production.
• Direct routine equipment maintenance and setup; report malfunctions.
• Coordinate activities with other supervisory personnel and resolve problems.
