Holyoke Public Schools seek an experienced principal to lead a diverse PreK–12 learning community. You will collaborate with the Principal and staff to shape the instructional program, establish conduct standards, and drive a positive school climate focused on student achievement and well-being.

You will orient and develop staff, coordinate curriculum reviews, and represent the school at public functions. Massachusetts certification and a track record of leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher required.
• Training in Administration or equivalent administrative preparation.
• Massachusetts Certification in Principal/Assistant Principal, 5-12.
• At least five years of documented, successful school leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage school operations and learning climate.
• Develop standards of conduct and school handbook with principal guidance.
• Support teacher development and instructional program enhancements.
• Communicate programs and events to the school community.
• Represent the school in public functions and during the principal's absence.
