• Leadership capability demonstrated, with ability to coach others or lead without formal title.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration in fast-paced patient care settings.
• Willingness to learn multiple practice positions to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager with daily operations and patient flow.
• Assist across practice functions to support patient care and operational execution.
• Learn and support roles such as front desk flow, optical sales, and clinical support.
• Participate in onboarding, coaching, and team development as requested.
