Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to support daily operations, patient flow, and team coordination on-site. You will learn multiple practice functions and help deliver exceptional patient care while driving business results under the mentorship of the Practice Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, and service execution.
• Work on the practice floor to assist across functions and support patient care.
• Learn and support key practice roles, including patient care coordination and front desk operations.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and team development under the Practice Manager.
• Serve as on-site liaison in the Practice Manager's absence and escalate as needed.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding as requested.
