Job summary

Jobot is growing its team and seeks an Assistant Project Manager for Commercial TI (Office) projects in San Francisco and San Ramon. You will support the Project Manager on planning, scheduling, budgets, and coordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

This full-time, permanent role requires at least 2 years of construction project management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management in construction, commercial tenant improvement focus.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM with planning, management, and execution of commercial TI projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet objectives.
• Review specs and help create schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Supervise construction teams, subs, and suppliers.
• Ensure safety regulations and standards are followed.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in meetings.
• Resolve issues during construction.
• Assist in project closeout with deliverables.
